This form is not for submitting attendance at a PSHA event. If you need to submit your CEUs for an event, please visit https://psha.org/ce-center/#/ and log in with your last name and email address used when registering for the event.

To submit a Meeting please complete the following form. All postings are subject to approval and editing by the PSHA Executive Board. Events that are in direct competition with PSHA events, will not be posted to the CE Event Calendar.
